Laura Dalpiaz started LEM in 2005 to give small and mid-sized businesses real accounting support without the cost of building it in-house.

Over the past two decades, LEM has grown from a solo practice to a team of 20+ specialists who have served 600+ clients nationwide. The work is still the same: get the numbers right, know each client's business, and catch problems before they become expensive.

As clients grew, so did the software they ran on. Messy integrations and manual data entry were eating into profitability. LEM built a Technology Operations arm to solve it. Led by an executive with 20+ years managing vendor contracts and complex tech stacks, we audit software spend, cut redundant tools, and deploy AI workflows that handle the administrative repetition. The result is technology that works smoothly in the background, so you can just run your business.
